Job Description

About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Associate Manager IT Network Operations to oversee IT infrastructure, network administration, and end-user support for our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT systems while driving compliance, operational efficiency, and seamless employee experience across technology touch points.

Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Network Operations

Manage and maintain local and cloud-based IT infrastructure, ensuring system uptime, scalability, and reliability.
Administer and optimize enterprise network components including firewalls, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points.
Experience of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions such as Zscaler is an added advantage.
Monitor and respond to network performance, security alerts, and incidents proactively.

Identity, Access Device Management

Manage user identity, access, and endpoint lifecycle using JumpCloud, Crowdstrike.
Ensure secure configuration, patch management, and compliance of all IT assets and endpoints.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding with seamless provisioning/deprovisioning of access.

End-User Helpdesk Support

Lead local IT support for employees, ensuring quick resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues using Fresh Service Help Desk.
Maintain strong end-user satisfaction through effective communication, documentation, and timely service delivery.

Asset Vendor Management

Oversee IT asset management including procurement, inventory tracking, and disposal processes.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements to ensure cost efficiency and quality delivery.

Compliance Security

Implement and enforce IT policies, data protection standards, and security best practices in alignment with corporate guidelines.
Collaborate with the global IT, Security and GRC teams to ensure consistent governance and compliance posture.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network operations, and end-user support roles.
Strong understanding of network technologies (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.).
Hands-on experience with JumpCloud, Zscaler ZTNA, or similar cloud identity and access management tools.
Proficiency in managing macOS, and mobile device environments.
Experience with ITSM tools, ticketing systems, and asset management platforms. (Zoho/FreshService)
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid global environment.
