Roles & Responsibilities: Partner with Senior Leadership and Vertical Heads to align HR strategies with business goals. Identify HR needs and provide guidance to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives that support long-term objectives. Handle all talent management processes, including onboarding , career development , and succession planning. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to drive talent growth and ensure business goals are met. Design and manage mental and physical wellness programs, offering individual counseling, wellness sessions, and fitness challenges. Partner with external specialists to promote mental health, physical fitness, and work-life balance. Implement performance management tools, set clear goals, and guide employees and managers through review cycles. Train stakeholders on the process, communicate timelines, and ensure feedback is documented for continuous development. Regularly connect with employees through 1:1s, team meetings, and surveys to assess team dynamics and gather feedback. Collaborate with managers to address challenges, prevent burnout, and support employees in high-intensity projects. Utilize HR analytics to create dashboards on key metrics such as engagement, turnover, and performance trends. These insights help leadership make informed decisions and align HR initiatives with business objectives. Promote cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment by engaging diverse teams and facilitating knowledge-sharing. Identify and address communication challenges with US counterparts to enhance team coordination. Support compensation and promotion processes by handling employee queries and ensuring transparency. Collaborate with managers to ensure fair communication during promotion and hike cycles, while supporting the team where needed. Assist with organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during restructuring or cultural shifts. Support leaders in maintaining operational efficiency during these changes. Organize employee engagement activities such as festival celebrations, birthdays, and leadership visits. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through regular team-building events. Manage the exit process, conducting exit interviews and gathering feedback to improve retention strategies. Ensure smooth transitions for departing employees and address any concerns during the exit process. Align India HR policies with global standards, ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. Maintain ethical conduct and transparency across the organization while meeting global HR standards. Requirements: 6-8 years of proven experience supporting and driving success in technology companies, with a strong understanding of its dynamic landscape. In-depth knowledge of HR and Talent policies and practices , with the ability to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative strategies for continuous advancement. Skilled at fostering collaboration and consensus among diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and executive leadership, to align on new ideas, strategies, and organizational goals. Exceptional communication skills , with the ability to tailor messages effectively across diverse audiences, contexts, and situations, ensuring clarity and impact in both written and verbal formats . Change Management Expertise : Proven ability to lead and support large-scale organizational change while minimizing disruption and maintaining employee morale. Emotional Intelligence (EQ)- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust, mediate conflicts, and inspire teams at all levels. Qualification - Full time Degree and MBA Exp .- 6-10yrs
