Evaluate and monitor campaign KPIs & metrics to ensure delivery against advertiser goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with client objectives and performance outcomes.
3-4 years of proven experience in Affiliate Marketing Sales with direct client/agency handling.
Prior experience in managing direct BFSI clients is highly preferred.
Solid knowledge of CPA calculation, ROAS, funnel-level CPA, and campaign optimization.
Strong grasp of performance marketing KPIs, EPC, and campaign metrics.
Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
