  • direct BFSI clients & agencies (North, West & South regions)

  • Evaluate and monitor campaign KPIs & metrics to ensure delivery against advertiser goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with client objectives and performance outcomes.

  • Requirements
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in Affiliate Marketing Sales with direct client/agency handling.

  • Prior experience in managing direct BFSI clients is highly preferred.

  • Solid knowledge of CPA calculation, ROAS, funnel-level CPA, and campaign optimization.

  • Strong grasp of performance marketing KPIs, EPC, and campaign metrics.

  • Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
