Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the needs and preferences of potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting the bank's products and services to potential customers.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned cluster.
