Position Overview----

BOLD is seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to launch or advance their career in recruitment and human resources within a dynamic and growth-focused environment.

Required Skills----

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably with a mix of agency and in-house experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting for a variety of roles across different functions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing methodologies, and assessment techniques.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) familiarity with [Greenhouse] is a plus.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

Responsibilities----

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:

    Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Sourcing Strategies:

    Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing various channels including job boards (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct sourcing techniques. 
  • Job Posting:

    Create and manage compelling job postings across multiple platforms such as Naukri, the company website, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to ensure maximum visibility and reach for open positions.
  • Candidate Engagement:

    Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates, creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Screening and Assessment:

    Review applications and resumes, conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit. 
  • Interviewing:

    Conduct structured and behavioral interviews, utilizing effective assessment techniques to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and alignment with the role requirements. 
  • Requisition Management:

    Partner closely with the internal team to understand the talent needs, provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, and offer updates throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Offer Management:

    Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages, extending offers, and ensuring a smooth acceptance. 
  • Employer Branding:

    Support and enhance our employer brand on LinkedIn by regularly posting Hiring Banners, sharing engaging content, showcasing company culture & Benefits, to attract and engage top talent.
  • Data Management & Reporting:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), generate recruitment reports, and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Process Improvement:

    Proactively identify opportunities and recommend enhancements to talent acquisition processes to improve efficiency, streamline operations, and elevate the overall candidate experience.
