Associate, Labs

As an Associate at The Circle Labs, your role will involve keeping the engine running by supporting and executing project plans designed by the Labs team. You will break big ideas into smooth, phase-wise actions and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and intentional execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for being the voice of Labs by delivering timely and thoughtful communication to program participants, keeping them informed, engaged, and excited throughout their journey with us. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the communications team to ensure that the world is aware of what The Circle Labs is building. This includes working on campaigns, reports, and other communication initiatives to showcase our work effectively. You will also support internal monitoring and evaluation systems, maintain databases, and ensure that the necessary information is available for making informed decisions. Furthermore, as the Associate, you will serve as the favorite point of contact for various stakeholders such as facilitators, coaching partners, schools, and other organizations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating online meetings, in-person touchpoints, and 1:1 check-ins to facilitate smooth interactions and collaborations. You will be instrumental in creating, leading, and implementing well-defined processes essential for successful program implementation, wearing multiple hats to handle logistics, finance, data collection, and stakeholder support.,
