Associate – Investor Relations & Research

What You Will Do:

• Strategic Pitching (Core Focus):

  Research prospective clients and build high-impact, strategic pitches to help the senior team win new mandates. You will be the primary architect behind the decks that sell our vision.
• Transform raw financial data and complex spreadsheets into executive-ready investor decks, pitch notes, and fact sheets that compel investors to act.

• Investor Engagement:

  Actively pitch investment ideas to institutions and HNIs, coordinate roadshows (physical/virtual), and manage the feedback loop to ensure successful capital raising.

• Market Intelligence:

  Track competitor activity, IPO trends, and SEBI regulations to ensure our pitches remain ahead of the curve.

Who We Are Looking For:

  have prior experience working in I

  nvestor Relation and Public Relation IRPR

• Minimum 6 months of exposure

  to IPO-related work (Drafting DRHP sections, Roadshow decks, or IPO analysis) is mandatory.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Exclusion Criteria:

• Please do not apply if your only experience is in Core Banking operations or Bank Sales. We are strictly looking for Capital Markets/AMC experience.

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday: 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM
