Associate – Investor Relations & Research

What You Will Do:

1. Strategy & Pitch Creation

• Create executive-ready investor decks, pitch notes, and fact sheets. You will take raw financial data and turn it into a story that sells the company’s vision to investors.
• Research prospective clients and build strategic pitches to help the senior team bag new mandates.
• Support in drafting press releases, management speeches, and leadership positioning (social media/infographics) to enhance client visibility.

2. Research & Financial Analysis

• Conduct research on companies, sectors, and macro trends to support investment decisions and IPO strategies.
• Analyze financial statements, ratios, and key operating metrics; build and update simple valuation models and peer benchmarking reports.
• Track earnings, regulatory updates (SEBI), and competitor activity to keep our clients ahead of the curve.

3. Execution & Engagement

• Investor Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows (physical and virtual), and plant visits.
• Feedback Loop: Track investor interactions and ensure timely responses to queries.

Who We Are Looking For:

• You MUST have prior experience working in an Asset Management Company (AMC) or a boutique research firm.
• Minimum 6 months of exposure to IPO-related work (Drafting DRHP sections, Roadshow decks, or IPO analysis) is mandatory.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, or related fields.

⛔ Exclusion Criteria:

• Please do not apply if your only experience is in Core Banking operations or Bank Sales. We are strictly looking for Capital Markets/AMC experience.

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:15 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday: 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM
