Associate - Investment Banking

Key Responsibilities:

• Support origination and execution of equity offerings, including IPOs, follow-ons, PIPEs, and block trades.

• Manage private capital raises for high-growth companies across venture, growth equity, and pre-IPO stages.

• Engage directly with institutional investors, venture capital firms, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and HNI investors.

• Prepare high-quality marketing materials, including pitch decks, investor presentations, term sheets, and market updates.

• Coordinate investor outreach, virtual/in-person roadshows, and feedback collection processes.

• Perform market and investor analysis to guide deal strategy and positioning.

• Assist issuers in preparing for capital markets transactions, including equity story development and investor targeting.

• Maintain detailed investor intelligence and contribute to building long-term capital relationships for the firm.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, ECM, private capital advisory, or investor relations (can consider from Wealth/PMS distribution).

• Demonstrated knowledge of equity capital markets, including deal structuring, syndication processes, and investor engagement.

• Experience working on IPOs, SPACs, private placements, or growth capital transactions.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact directly with investors and company executives.

• Excellent analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; CA, MBA or CFA preferred.
