Associate Inside Sales

You should have 2 to 3 years of Inside Sales experience in selling software solutions, with a preference for concept selling. It is important that you are experienced in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management. You must have a track record of handling revenue targets and achieving them consistently. Your responsibilities will include creating, maintaining, and closing a pipeline of leads based on the target parameters set by the organization. You will conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities, map prospects, identify decision-makers, and effectively reach out to them. Cold calling/emailing prospects identified via research or external sources and appropriately positioning the company's offerings will be part of your role. You will also handle inbound, unsolicited prospect communication and convert them into qualified leads. As part of your duties, you will drive leads through the funnel from suspect to qualified and close opportunities to the sales team. You will be required to take revenue targets and achieve them on a regular basis. Collaboration and engagement with marketing to ensure that customers are engaged, irrespective of status, will also be essential. Your communication skills are crucial for this role, as you must possess excellent verbal and presentation skills, as well as strong written communication skills. Experience with CRM tools like Lead-Squared, SalesForce, or Sugar is necessary. You should also have the ability to make technical sales and learn new technology. Prior experience in handling sales in the SMB sector and domain experience in the Travel Industry would be considered advantageous. This position is based in Goa, India.,
