Follow up with the CSD team every day about pending orders to make sure they are processed on time.
Call customers every day to check the status of old quotes and get their feedback.
Get the dispatch dates from the CSD team and send them to the customer.
After the order handoff, follow up with the CSD team to make sure the delivery dates are met and send this information to the customer.
Keep an updated list of all orders to track them easily.
Send reminder emails to customers about pending payments and ensure clear communication.
