Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate - Infrastructure - Administration to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in infrastructure administration, with a strong background in administration, MIS reporting, and compliance. Roles and Responsibility
Provide administrative support to branches, including housekeeping, security, repairs, and maintenance.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payment of bills to maintain smooth services.
Coordinate with CPPU for payments and resolve any issues that may arise.
Prepare monthly provisioning reports and maintain necessary records.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulatory bodies.
Liaise with service providers to ensure necessary compliances and undertake service reviews.
Complete legatrix online compliance module within the target completion rate and resolve all IAD OFIs as per set deadlines.
Ensure asset coding and verification for all branches.

Job
Strong knowledge of administration, MIS reporting, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and other software applications.
Experience in managing vendors and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
