Job Title: Client Onboarding Analyst

Responsibilities

• Setup, amendment, and closure of mandates and portfolios in Aladdin and related systems

• Maintain static data, portfolio groups, and compliance rules

• Manage derivative agreements, broker configurations, fund manager and investment policy updates

• Handle onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding of custodians, brokers, administrators, and third parties

• Execute fund lifecycle events including launches, closures, side pockets, and shareholder mailings

• Maintain and upload KYC and NAV data in Counterparty Manager (CPM); monitor document expiries

• Coordinate LEI creation and renewals; respond to Level 1 KYC queries

Must-Have

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, portfolio setup, or fund onboarding

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficient in MS Excel

• Experience with Aladdin or similar investment management systems

• Understanding of operational risks

• Ability to manage high-volume tasks and meet deadlines

Good-to-Have

• Familiarity with CPM (Counterparty Manager)

• Knowledge of KYC standards and documentation processes

• Experience with compliance rule setup and trade reporting

• Understanding of fund structures and lifecycle events
