Associate II - Client Onboarding Analyst

As a Client Onboarding Analyst at UST in Kochi, your role will involve setting up, amending, and closing mandates, portfolios, and related data in Aladdin and data masters. You will be responsible for static data maintenance, portfolio group management, and compliance rule assignments. Additionally, you will set up and maintain derivative agreements, broker configurations, and investment policy updates. Your tasks will also include external account setup and closure for custodians, FX brokers, clearing brokers, and other third parties, as well as onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding of third-party entities. You will manage Exchange Traded Derivative (ETD) account setup with clearing brokers and upload KYC and NAV data into CPM while granting permission to brokers to access documents. Furthermore, you will respond to Level 1 KYC queries, track document expiries, support client fund lifecycle events, execute shareholder mailings, and manage LEI creation and renewals for client funds.
