About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Associate HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and final hiring.
• Prepare and manage HR-related documentation such as appointment letters, offer letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
• Oversee attendance and leave management systems and ensure timely updates.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Organize and manage company events, celebrations, and activities.
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies.
• Support in handling employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with management in implementing HR strategies and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
