𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:

• Lead prep for Finance, Consulting & GM roles

• Run bootcamps, workshops, and mock interviews

• Mentor students 1:1 on resumes, cases & interviews

• Partner with recruiters & alumni to keep prep real-world

• Work on new product developments to foster student readiness

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

• 2+ years of experience in core Finance or front-end Consulting roles  (Corporate Finance, Strategy, or Investments)

• Familiarity with consulting frameworks or prior consulting experience

• Strong understanding of hiring processes, skill requirements, and success frameworks or Finance, Consulting, and General Management roles

• Excellent communication, mentorship, and cohort management skills

• Passion for business education and talent development

• MBA or equivalent preferred
