2. Supplier capacity study for new developments

3. Knowledge about Procurement of import parts.

4. Developing the new parts released from design

5. Detail Knowledge about Machining, press components, Injection molding, Rubbers, Electronics , GDC & PDC process.

6. Negotiating and costing excellence

7. Detail Knowledge about PPAP,APQP and IATF.

8. Inventory management & Non moving monitoring process

9. Good skills in value engineering process

10. Good communication skills in verbal and mail.
