Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and approach potential clients in the education sector (schools, colleges, universities, educators, students, etc.)
2. Establish relationships and converse with owners, directors, chancellors, principals, trustees, of educational institutions in India.
3. Travel to various parts of Mumbai and India for sales meetings, workshops, orientations and other events by clients and partners.
4. Identify potential partners in various sectors of education and approach them for collaborations with Gyansthan.
5. Conduct presentations and orientations to decision-makers and key stakeholders.
6. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
7. Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
2. 6-12 months of sales experience, preferably in the education industry or ed-tech sector.
3. Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to present complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
6. Strong organisational and time management skills.
7. Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and explain digital tools.
