Job Title: Associate General Manager (AGM) - Field Sales Training

NoBroker is looking for a talented and experienced Associate General Manager (AGM) to take charge of our Field Sales Training team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a group of trainers across 6 locations. The role of Field Sales Training team is to ensure that ASMs are equipped to effectively manage clients, arrive at deal closures and in turn achieve their revenue goals. 


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage Trainers: Oversee a team of trainers responsible for equipping ASMs across regions with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with trainers to ensure consistency in training programs, offering support, feedback, and strategic direction.

Training Design & Implementation: Play an active role in designing and refining training programs to help ASMs excel in their field sales roles.

Performance Monitoring: Track trainer performance, providing regular feedback to improve training delivery and outcomes.

Sales Field Expertise: With your background in field sales, you’ll bring valuable insights into the challenges faced by ASMs in the field and guide your team to address them effectively.

Key Requirements:

Experience: At least of 3-4 years of experience managing and handling a team of sales trainers, ideally with a background in field sales.

Educational Background: A B.Tech or strong analytical skills that can help you assess and improve training programs.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, offering strategic direction while ensuring goals are met across regions.

Field Sales Expertise: Prior experience in field sales or sales training is essential to understand the day-to-day challenges faced by ASMs in the field.
