Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the business units for understanding the functional requirements for RPA/Agentic AI
  • Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements
  • End to End process assessment for Automation feasibility
  • Create and maintain documentation related to projects, process mapping, business requirement, functional and technical specification, coding, design test script, test plan and go-live release notes
  • Work with developers in resolving any open issues during development of project
  • Think out of the box to identify work arounds and re-design processes.
  • Design, develop and test complex Robotics Process Automation solutions using latest technologies
  • Employ agile development practices including test driven development and deployment automation Continuous Integration to improve overall execution speed and product quality
  • Configuring new processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
  • Provide strategic direction and advisory services to clients on the application of RPA tools and concepts and the benefits / value aligned to client objectives
  • Consult with clients and partners to provide functional and technical expertise in areas including, solution design, project management, business process improvement and risk identification/mitigation
  • Working with client stakeholders (Business, Risk & IT) to approve, install, develop, configure and test RPA software
  • Engage business and support functional heads to formulate strategic goals and define plans to achieve them
  • Participates in planning for implementation of solutions, including defining requirements, proof of concepts, identifying processes for RPA and feasibility with various process owners across the organization
  • Prioritizes multiple projects / run scrum of scrums
  • Work closely with Technical Lead in understanding the functional and technical design
  • Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document (TDD) to meet defined requirements
  • Experienced in providing dependable estimates and contribute towards developing estimation guidelines
  • Support business intake activities, as a technology subject matter expert
Ensure adoption with change management across developed and deployed use cases

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential : Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science or equivalentDesirable/Preferable: Master/PG in Management / MSCExperience: Total years of experience required is 15 to 18 and relevant experience required is 10 to 15
