Job Description

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Boiler - Associate General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of boilers to ensure uninterrupted power generation
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize boiler performance and efficiency
Boiler construction experience in power plant.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians to achieve operational excellence
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, and driving a culture of safety awareness
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex boiler-related issues
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Participating in budget planning and cost control activities
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports on boiler performance, maintenance activities, and key metrics

Qualifications

Education Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
  • Advanced degree or certification in Boiler Operations or related discipline preferred

Experience

  • 22-28 years of relevant experience in the Power/Energy industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successful leadership and management in a similar role
  • Proven experience in implementing best practices for boiler operation and maintenance
  • Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations in the energy sector
