About the Role

As a Founder's Office Associate

You’ll be the bridge between teams — driving alignment, ensuring outcomes, and translating ideas into action. Expect to work on everything from new market entries and product launches to investor decks and operational excellence initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive high-priority projects end-to-end

    — from planning to execution — across functions like strategy, operations, marketing, and product.
  • Collaborate directly with founders

    to shape business strategy, drive key decisions, and track execution against goals.
  • Conduct market research & competitive analysis

    to identify growth opportunities, new partnerships, and emerging trends.
  • Analyze business data and KPIs

    , draw actionable insights, and communicate findings through clear presentations and reports.
  • Support investor and fundraising activities

    , including pitch decks, due diligence, and performance tracking.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional meetings

    , ensuring follow-ups and alignment across teams.
  • Own special projects

  • Act as a communication bridge

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field); Master’s preferred but not mandatory.
  • 1–4 years of experience in

    startups, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or strategy roles

  • Exceptional

    analytical and problem-solving skills

    ; proficiency in

    Excel/Google Sheets
