Accounting for expenses, purchases, services etc, Bank payments and bank receipts accounting, BRS .
Helping on statutory compliances like GST returns, TDS payment, returns, Form16 etc.
Managing Fixed asset Management system, Inventory verification and reporting
Helping on monthly books closing and MIS
Support with respect to Internal and statutory audits.
Managing employee reimbursement checking, accounting and processing.
Preparing all requisite bank letters, prepare docs for import payment etc
Working within the parameters of set internal controls in the organisation
Generating or preparing reports based on accounting software required from time to time.

Skills you will need:

Must have:

BCom or M.com with 5+ years of experience.
Proficient with Oracle Netsuite or other ERP systems
Good communication skill both written and spoken
Must be a team player
Getting things done attitude

Should have:

In-depth understanding of - Handling entire accounting function- accounts & finance, Cash flow, multiple P&L, Budgeting, Costing, Controls , MIS, and taxation ( Direct & Indirect Taxation)
Proficiency in Spreadsheets & MS Office

Nice to have:

Experience with startups preferred.
Fund / working capital management including DEBT funding, treasury, investments, risk management, compliance preferably in Manufacturing.
