Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment follow-up, and reconciliations.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and perform data entry tasks accurately.

• Financial Consultation: Provide financial advice and information to customers, addressing inquiries related to billing, statements, and account details.
  
• Assist in financial advisory services such as budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries from customers via phone calls.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in finance or accounting role (freshers welcome).

• Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting processes, and financial statement analysis.
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts in an understandable manner.
