Job Description

Position Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Administration and Management of the Learning Management System
  • Ownership of entire life cycle of a training program- Announcing course, nomination management, invites , Training record keeping , attendance marking , feedback follow ups and reporting etc .
  • Physically initiating training program at respective locations or on virtual session by introducing the trainers. Managing learning logistics at all times – IT setup, projectors, flipcharts etc .
  • Coordination of the campus Induction Training programs -Creating schedule id on LMS, coordinating with trainers, speakers, Exam management with in-person proctoring to ensure no malpractice during exams , getting exams evaluations done by trainers , recording of attendance , creating score cards etc .
  • Administration of the Learning Management system and any other systems or portals utilized by the L&D team
