Associate Engineer - Sales Operations IDM

Job Description: You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner, providing product information and quotations. You will support external sales teams by preparing proposals, updating CRM records, and coordinating follow-ups. Additionally, you will accurately process orders and track their status through to delivery. It will be your responsibility to convert quotes into confirmed orders through regular follow-ups and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify upselling opportunities. Collaborating with logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely dispatch will also be part of your role. Keeping up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered, helping generate sales reports and forecasts for management, and working towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets will be crucial.
