Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Engineer I - Customer Liaison to join our team at Asteria Aerospace Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, with a strong background in customer liaison and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective customer liaison strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve product quality.
Provide exceptional customer service through timely and professional communication.
Analyze customer feedback and recommend process improvements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
