Associate Due Diligence Coordinator

In this role, you will:

• Conducting Customer Due Diligence and Enhance Due Diligence for completeness and accuracy, adhering to Wells Fargo Policies and procedures, regulatory requirements (AML, KYC).
• As part of due diligence process, identifying potential risks and escalating issues as needed.
• Engage with clients indirectly through relationship managers to support meeting policy and regulatory requirements
• Identifying opportunities to streamline the onboarding process and enhance efficiency.
• Learn and apply your knowledge of financial services and operations to daily tasks.
• Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questionsInteract with immediate team and Due Diligence area on wide range of information

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of due diligence experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:

• Experience in due diligence, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Graduation in any stream.
• Good Verbal and Written communication Skills.
• Quick learner
• Knowledge of AML/KYC.

Job Expectations:

• Flexible for rotational shifts as per business requirement.
