Job Description

Ericsson India Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Associate Domain Support Specialist to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to domain services.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of domain services and their applications.
