About this opportunity:

Ericsson is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Associate Domain Support Specialist. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing both proactive and reactive maintenance duties. Your skill set will ensure the timely and correct implementation of change requests, with a strong focus on the allocation, configuration, activation, and testing of specific services or resources.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1–2 years of experience in the IT or Telecom domainBasic understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line toolsFoundational knowledge of databases (SQL) and computer networking conceptsFamiliarity with scripting tools such as SQL, Bash, AWK, and SED for task automationWillingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment, including night and weekend shiftsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesQuick learner with strong problem-solving skillsGood communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Key Qualifications:

Education: B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Availability for 24x7 support with flexibility
