Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Director/Senior Business Development- US/ROW, based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, creating and executing business plans, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts. The role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with global clients, understanding their requirements, and strategically positioning StarAgile’s solutions to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in New Business Development and demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Proficiency in Business Planning, including the ability to create, manage, and execute detailed strategies for market penetration.
• Proven skills in Lead Generation and developing pipelines to secure high-value clients.
• Strong experience with Contract Negotiation and fostering mutually beneficial agreements.
• Effective Account Management skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to a diverse global audience.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address client needs and drive organizational success.
• Prior experience in the training and consulting industry, with global market exposure being advantageous.
