Job Description

As a Software Application & Development professional at Guidehouse in India, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: - Assess training needs by collaborating with business units and other stakeholders. - Develop role-based training curriculum covering all relevant modules and processes. - Utilize a blend of training methods, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, workshops, and hands-on labs. - Support training content creation in alignment with the global training team. - Oversee the scheduling and delivery of training sessions across multiple teams. - Ensure the availability of training materials, environments, and resources. - Engage with business leaders to secure support and resources for training activities. - Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs. - Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. - Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about training schedules and updates. - Manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. - Negotiate contracts with external training providers as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership. - Proven track record of managing large-scale training programs across multiple teams. - Experience leading and developing training teams. - Strong project management and organizational abilities. - Strong expertise in technology training across multiple domains (Software engineering, AI/ML, Platforms, cybersecurity, etc.). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Bachelors or Masters degree in information technology or a related field. - Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in training and development. Qualifications Required: - Experience leading the Training function in a large Technology organization. - Proven leadership skills managing training function in a matrixed organization. - Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment. - Proficiency in e-learning development tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
