Associate Director - Recovery Operations

As an AD - Recovery Operations, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and execute EMI collections, asset recovery, and driver intervention cases within your designated zone. You will lead efforts to verify driver addresses, improve traceability, and minimize asset loss risk. Additionally, you will manage city-level teams, collaborate with law enforcement, and work closely with internal teams to achieve operational KPIs. Key Responsibilities: - Collect EMIs and lead recovery actions for defaulting drivers. - Monitor and resolve asset recovery cases for non-operational drivers in collaboration with Recovery Field Executives (RFEs). - Engage with local authorities and financiers to recover impounded batteries. - Coordinate FIR filing, insurance processes, and asset tracking for stolen battery incidents. - Deploy field teams to verify addresses of flagged or new drivers, enhancing traceability. - Maintain a system for geo-tagged address confirmation to facilitate future interventions. - Lead and mentor city-level RFE teams, ensuring productivity and safety in field operations. - Collaborate with central teams to gain insights on recovery hotspots, risk cohorts, and optimized field routing. - Coordinate with the Calling Team for pre-verification, soft recovery, and lead support. Qualifications: - Graduation in Business or Operations. - Minimum 8 years of experience in recovery, collections, or operations, with a preference for field team leadership. - Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with drivers and external entities. - Strong data orientation with a bias towards execution. - Excellent leadership, people management, and conflict resolution skills. - Proficient in verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.,
