CA/CMA Qualified with 10 years of experience is required, with 3-5 years in accounting leadership roles.

4. Should have managed senior stakeholders in US Europe
5. CA or CPA
6. Excellent communication skills

Job Role:

Actively influences the identification of continuous improvement opportunities

• Manage ad-hoc projects initiated by Controllership leadership

• Assists with drafting desktop procedures, training as part of transition efforts in first 6-12 months Relationship management and teaming

• Serves as an inspirational and engaging leader who motivates and engages through clear articulation of R2R process-related priorities

• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with BMS Finance senior leadership

• Assists in recruiting, hiring, and retaining strong local team members

• Identifies and manages training and upskilling of local team members • Holds self and others to timelines, quality, and accuracy Risk management

• Articulates material risks and opportunities and takes an active role in designing and executing response or contingency plans
