Key Responsibilities / Functions / Role:

Senior Product Manager (7+ years) Looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about solving high impact problems in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy. This is inherently a cross-functional role where you will work closely with teams such as Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, Sales, etc to build cohesive product as well as customer experiences

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the product vision, writing feature specs, analyzing key performance metrics and driving business results.
• Ownership of all related roadmaps and active projects
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Gather, manage, and prioritize market/customer requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to shape up business requirements
• Formulating growth and sales strategy using product management & analytics skills
• Continuous improvement: Work and strive towards optimizing product, product flows and processes in order to provide operational efficiency.
• Build unique and delightful product experiences for consumers as well as business users
• Play an active role in defining the UX of the products
• Work closely with the engineering team to continually optimize the product requirements as well as time to market
• Responsible for timely shipping out products/features with no compromise in quality
• Inspire and motivate your team and get everyone to work in the same direction. You need to become a leader of your product as well as your people.
• Guide and manage a team of Product managers/Product owners.
• Ensure complete synchronization among the various products.

Qualifications

• Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability.
• Passion to self-motivate, the guile to sell your ideas to other stakeholders, and the drive to execute those ideas cross-functionally.
• Overall experience of 7+ yrs. with at least 5+ yrs. in product management in a technology company
• Fast learner that can quickly synthesize ideas, information, and options into a strategy, plan, or response and effectively communicate it
• Experience with product management of a digital product, ideally product-led growth
• Person having experience with financial or billing product will be good to have
