Key Responsibilities:

• Build and expand corporate connections across India for internships and final placements.
• Coordinate with the Training & Placement Cell for company tie-ups, MoUs, and placement drives.
• Plan and organize national career fairs, corporate talks, and skill-alignment initiatives.
• Manage student preparedness programs aligned with market needs.
• Strengthen employer branding and campus recruitment visibility.
• Track placement analytics, feedback, and recruiter engagement.

Desired Profile:

• Postgraduate in Management, HR, or related fields.
• Minimum

  5 years

  of experience in placement coordination, corporate outreach, or talent acquisition.
• Strong industry network and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and event-planning ability.
• Familiarity with higher education placement ecosystems is preferred.
