Job Description

We are collaborating with a prestigious Indian university to recruit their Associate Director for Executive Education. Role Summary: The role holder will be responsible for the Business Development, marketing, end-to-end planning, coordination and backend administrative activities of the Executive Education function and is responsible for ensuring optimum batch sizes for various programs to meet all measures of success. Job Responsibilities: In coordination with the leadership team, plan, execute, manage and carry out marketing and business development PAN India for the various short and long-term Executive Programmes of the University. This will include the Global Executive MBA in Pharmaceuticals Management degree program along with new and ongoing custom certification programmes. Spread awareness, run campaigns and drives (including but not limited to digital) targeting relevant companies and corporates and various other executive bodies of working professionals promoting the Executive Programmes and ensuring the admissions to these programmes. Assist in Market Intelligence activities and research as managed by the leadership team and help with identifying the target market and manage all Executive Education related administration processes. This includes, but is not limited to, the outreach to relevant corporates, relationship management and admissions of the Executive Programmes delivering superior customer experience through flawless coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Developing and maintaining a highly professional atmosphere at all times with all the concerned stakeholders and Interacting and coordinating with clients and participants while programs are in session. Ensure completion and implementation closely working with the communications function in the development of promotional materials (newsletter, presentations, brochures, poster, website, social media announcements, application instructions, videos etc.) that interpret the school to prospective Ensure budget to performance of the revenue numbers of the function. Key Skills: Must have exceptional presentation business development and networking skills in making a strong and convincing pitch, representing the University and the Executive Programmes. Requires strong interpersonal, motivation and influencing skills. Strong English communication and writing skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team member, fostering teamwork. Possess professional demeanour & friendly/congenial personality with organisational astuteness. Open to travel extensively and effectively work with people from diverse backgrounds Extensive Corporate networking and relationship-building capabilities Understanding of Executive Education industry and Industry-Academia collaboration will be an advantage. Qualification: MBA in Marketing or related field with a least 10-15 years of sales and marketing experience with about 5-6 years of such experience in similar roles Show more Show less
