We are looking for a Category Leader who would be responsible for strategizing and growing our up-levelling tech categories. We re looking for someone who can build long-term visions for the category and work cross-functionally to deliver results.
Develop the business plan and execute the P&L of the Category.
Define, track, and improve key metrics across the funnel. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings.
Identify various marketing opportunities that allow for the business to scale up / activate specific consumer segments to grow the category.
Plan for optimization of campaigns for cost-efficient customer acquisition across channels.
Understand consumer segments, behaviour, latent needs, and value propositions through qualitative and quantitative research to identify and fill product gaps.
Drive category overall success & growth by working closely with Product, Curriculum, Sales, Marketing, & Operations.
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
Generate new product ideas, and enhancements to existing products and collate requests from both internal and external requestors.
Create/Improve the GTM strategy for new/existing products.
Complete ownership; there is minimal management and extreme autonomy.
