Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Director of Business Development, located in Delhi. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing business plans, and generating leads. The Associate Director will also be responsible for contract negotiation, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships to foster business growth.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Experience in Business Planning and Contract Negotiation
• Account Management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
