We're Hiring: Associate Director – Operational Excellence

Location: Gurgaon

Transformation team

Associate Director – Operational Excellence

What You’ll Lead

End-to-end delivery of large-scale operations transformation programs
Design and implementation of target operating models across people, process, and technology
Identification and execution of process improvement, automation, and right-shoring opportunities
Development of robust business cases and performance benchmarks
Facilitation of CI trainings (LSS, Yellow Belt) and problem-solving workshops
Strategic stakeholder engagement across global service lines

What You Bring

18+ years of experience, including 5+ years leading transformation projects in global enterprises or consulting firms
Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and intelligent automation (RPA, AI, workflow, process mining)
Strong analytical acumen and data-driven decision-making capabilities
Experience building global operating models with onshore/offshore delivery centres
PMP / PRINCE2 / Six Sigma Black Belt certifications preferred
Engineering + MBA (Tier-1 institutes)
