Associate Director

As an Associate Director in GenAI Delivery, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and execution of cutting-edge Generative AI programs for key insurance clients. Your role will involve managing cross-functional pods, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and aligning GenAI solutions with business goals. You will own the end-to-end delivery of GenAI projects across multiple client engagements. This includes defining and tracking project KPIs, milestones, and business value metrics. Leading cross-functional pods consisting of engineers, product managers, and QA professionals will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client and internal stakeholder communications, ensuring compliance with AI governance practices and driving the reusability of platform tools. Identifying project risks, proactively resolving blockers, maintaining delivery documentation, and providing regular status updates will be crucial to your success in this role. In terms of the tech stack, you should be familiar with GenAI Platforms such as OpenAI and Azure OpenAI, project management tools like Jira and Confluence, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. Experience-wise, you should have 10-12 years of experience, with at least 2-3 years in AI/Analytics/Technology project leadership. Experience in leading AI/ML/GenAI delivery teams, strong communication, governance, and client relationship skills are essential for this role. Familiarity with the insurance industry would be a plus.
