The Commercial Data Office (CoDO) team, within Global Commercial Services (GCS), is focused on powering the best customer experience and business growth through streamlined data. With continuous changes in the regulatory environment and innovation through data evolving, we play a key role in strengthening GCS critical enablers and supporting new growth opportunities. In partnership with the Enterprise Chief Data Office and across GCS, CoDO is tasked with building new, innovative data solutions for our customers, while adhering to regulations and data management standard methodologies.

The Associate - Product Development, ML and Client Hierarchy Capabilities will report directly to Manager - Product Development, ML and Client Hierarchy Capabilities. They will be responsible to build scalable, robust, and sustainable products for Inbound Capabilities Team to ensure simple, timely, and efficient integration of data from external sources for all commercial products. He /She will be responsible to work with GCS Technology and other business units to support the current business priorities and goals, while powering future growth.

• Strong Product Ownership and Analytical mindset
• Ability to write effective user-stories and maintain healthy product backlog leveraging enterprise level scrum tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
• Develop, maintain and enhance product documentation based on requirements.
• Critical thinking and ability to link business requirement to product specifications.
• Identify and document dependencies and risks.
• Partner closely with UI/UX teams to translate complex product requirements into intuitive, frictionless user experiences that align with customer journeys and business objectives.
• Deep understanding of internal APIs, data structures, and system dependencies to enable seamless product integrations, backend alignment, and efficient reuse of existing tech capabilities.
• Monitoring development & UAT progress by tracking activity, recommending actions and escalating appropriately to leaders
• Production support and data analysis to ensure integrity of data post implementation.
• Ensuring prioritization based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user needs; drive cross-functional alignment for timely execution.
• Issue\Query management including investigation and root cause analysis.

• 1-2 years of experience in Product Management/Development or Product Analytics role
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, computer engineering, other technical or business discipline highly desired.
• Ability to write clear and effective user stories in JIRA, Rally or equivalent and maintain product backlog.
• Ability to understand and anticipate user and customer needs with respect to UI/UX based products.
• Good Analytical Mindset with prior experience in any Data Analytics tools like SQL, Python or Excel
• UI/UX tools knowledge like Figma or equivalent.
• Team player and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Self-starter and has strong problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, capacity to articulate complex logic concisely to a non-technical audience.
• Proven ability to quickly identify issues and/or risks as well as possible solutions and mitigation plans.

• Knowledge of Jira, Rally or equivalent and delivering via agile methodologies and practices.
• Familiarity with project methodology (SDLC, Waterfall, Agile) and related testing methodologies and tools (Rally\Jira).
• Good understanding of data products, scalable architecture & infrastructure
• Analytical experience with tools like SQL, Python, Hive etc.
• Prior Experience in Product Management or equivalent role
• Prior knowledge/ experience in APIs and SORs
• Confident with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation - articulate point of view with a rationale
