Working at frog empowers you to Make Your Mark on every project, in your studio, your community, and the world at large. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and inspire design teams through the design process, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet client goals and user needs. - Drive client relationships by building trust-based relationships, aligning design solutions with business challenges to drive value and impact. - Champion design excellence, setting high standards for creative quality, advocating for user-centered design practices, and encouraging innovation. - Collaborate across functions to create seamless user experiences integrating visual, interaction, and content design. - Mentor and develop talent, fostering growth and ensuring continuous professional development. - Contribute to thought leadership by representing frog in industry events, publishing articles, and actively contributing to the design community. - Oversee project operations by managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth delivery meeting client expectations. **Qualifications Required:** - 15+ years of experience in design with a focus on digital products and services, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. - A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience (UX), interaction design (IxD), and visual design (VD) across digital products and services. - Strong strategic thinking, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence clients. - Mastery of industry-standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. - Proven ability to build trust with clients, manage relationships, and deliver high-value solutions. It would be a bonus if you had experience in emerging technologies like AR/VR, AI, or IoT, a background in working with diverse teams, prior experience in business development, knowledge of design systems, or the ability to publish thought leadership pieces.,
