Associate Design Director

Role Overview: As a Design professional at Mobikwik, you will play a crucial role in establishing a compelling and consistent brand identity across various online and offline platforms. Your strategic input will be vital in enhancing user experience through design for new products and campaigns. Leading and mentoring the design team, you will create visually engaging designs for marketing campaigns, social media, email, advertisements, and other promotional materials. Collaboration with marketing and content teams to align design strategies with business goals and brand guidelines will be a key aspect of your role. From conceptualization to final execution, you will own the end-to-end creative process, ensuring designs are consistent and user-centric across all platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Establish a compelling, consistent brand identity across all platforms including App, Digital, Print, OOH, Marketing Collaterals, etc. - Provide strategic input for new products and campaigns to enhance user experience. - Lead and mentor the design team in creating visually engaging designs for various marketing materials. - Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to align design strategies with business goals. - Own the end-to-end creative process and ensure consistency in designs across all platforms. - Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality standards. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. - Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively for timely delivery of designs. - Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers to enhance in-house design capabilities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field. - 12-16 years of design experience with at least 4-5 years in leading design teams. - Experience in Fintech, Edtech, Foodtech, E-commerce, or Media industries preferred. - Expertise in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc. - Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work. - Experience in UI/UX design for digital platforms, websites, and mobile apps. - Ability to balance creativity with business needs and meet tight deadlines effectively.,
