Associate Design Director

As an Associate Design Director at The One Off in Mumbai, your role will involve leading the creative thinking of the team, developing innovative concepts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design work for retail and commercial projects. You will be responsible for planning, scoping, client communication, presentation, and team management to drive successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the team's creative thinking and develop original concepts in response to creative briefs. - Conduct complex 3D design presentations and articulate ideas effectively to internal and external stakeholders. - Ensure design work and concept ideas meet high standards and are delivered on time and within budget. - Plan, organize, and scope projects of all sizes, delegating effectively to meet project deadlines. - Play a lead role in client communication, new business pitches, and project oversight. - Manage and mentor junior designers and technicians to deliver design development documents on time and within budget. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. - Experience in Interior and Product Design. - Strong creativity and a robust design portfolio. - Leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with global brands and retailers is advantageous.,
