Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Associate Design Director Retail at The One Off. The Associate Design Director Retail will oversee the day-to-day design operations, lead a team of designers, and ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals. Responsibilities include managing retail design projects, collaborating with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role also involves developing creative retail strategies, enhancing brand experiences, and maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in Retail design and strategy
• Skills in Team Management, motivating, and guiding creative teams
• Knowledge of Sales and client relationship management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment in Mumbai
• Proven track record of successful design project completions
