  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, banks and Statutory Authorities
  2. Lead commercial negotiations and support vendor discussions.
  3. Liaise with external consultants, service providers, legal advisors, and government bodies for finance-related activities and compliance matters
  4. Prepare and monitor short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  5. Supervise treasury systems, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
  6. Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and external regulatory requirements.
  7. Handle statutory filings and compliance related to STPI, DGFT, and Softex.
  8. Ensure compliance with import regulations and Customs Department guidelines.
  9. Fulfill statutory obligations for finance team operations.
  10. Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes and compliance initiatives.
  11. Perform bank reconciliations, post journal entries, and manage daily cash operations.
  12. Oversee employee reimbursement processes and systems.
  13. Conduct reconciliations for General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  14. Maintain payment and compliance trackers for ongoing financial monitoring.
  15. Manage vendor master data and ensure accuracy and consistency.
  16. Oversee purchase order (PO) management and contract negotiations to optimize profitability.
  17. Evaluate and recommend appropriate insurance coverage for business needs.
  18. Prepare and present periodic reports on financial performance and account status.
  19. Support cross-functional initiatives by working closely with internal departments.
  20. Manage external tasks such as visiting banks or liaising with government authorities as needed.
