Associate Data Analyst

As a Product Data Specialist at Eaton, your primary role will be to maintain product information in Eaton's Product Data Hub, ensuring high quality, consistency, and completeness for over 6 million products worldwide, specifically within the Electrical group. Your responsibilities will include: - Collecting and consolidating demand data from customers in various formats and preparing it for upload into the demand planning process. - Collaborating with the Demand Planning and Commercial teams to assist in the monthly demand planning process and reporting the outputs. - Working with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Supporting the Product Data management team in tasks related to data cleanup, validation, and maintenance in the PDH tool. - Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with global product data standards. - Collecting, organizing, documenting, and entering detailed product information. - Utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills effectively both independently and within a team. - Demonstrating a flexible attitude towards work and a willingness to learn new skills as needed. - Collaborating with the Business Development team to execute and distribute regular sales and marketing reports. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of Demantra functionalities and reporting tools. - Developing and generating reports using Demantra's reporting tools. Qualifications for this role include: - Diploma/BE in Electronics/Electrical. - 1-3 years of experience in electronics products and components, and product data management. - Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
