Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery
• Supervise and train branch staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor and analyze branch performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations
• Participate in community events and initiatives to promote the bank's services and brand
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, particularly in the rural banking sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
