Associate Customer Service Manager

Overview

CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.We are seeking an Associate Customer Service Manager to provide impeccable service to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries received through various channels, ensuring positive customer experience and timely handling of all inquiries.

Please Note- This is a contractual opportunity for a duration of 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently address customer requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries promptly without compromising service quality.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of inquiries or issues.
• Work in shifts as per business requirements, including Saturdays and Sundays.
  

Qualifications And Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Up to one year of experience in a customer service role within any service industry.
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in prioritizing tasks to meet the required timelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

For this role, the process begins with a take-home assessment, where candidates will have an agreed-upon timeline to complete the task. This is followed by an interview with the hiring managers. All interactions will be conducted virtually via MS Teams.
